Argentine Fire
at 69° North
Argentine fire cooking meets Northern Norway.
Argentine Fire at 69° North is a commercial gastronomy concept developed in Tromsø, Northern Norway.
It explores what happens when the traditions of Argentine live-fire cooking encounter the ingredients, landscape and hospitality culture of the Arctic.
The project begins with a simple premise: fire is not only a cooking technique. It is a way of gathering people, transforming ingredients and creating an experience around food.
Argentine grilling traditions provide the starting point, but the objective is not to reproduce an Argentine restaurant abroad. The concept is designed to evolve through the products, seasons and possibilities of Northern Norway.
